This track contains isochronic tones beating at 10Hz in the alpha wave range. Amplitude entrainment effects, producing 10Hz vibrations, have also been embedded into the music.
There’s also a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone playing throughout the track. I’ve given the tone some 3D sound effects, so it appears to come in and out of volume, but this helps to make it more pleasant to listen to.
The 528Hz frequency has been linked to positive vibes and energy. It’s also called the miracle tone or healing frequency and is one of the nine main frequencies on the ancient Solfeggio scale. According to Dr Leonard Horowitz, the 528Hz frequency can heal damaged DNA.
